Michael Said

Michael Said is a seasoned real estate professional based in Austin, Texas, with over 28 years of experience in the industry. A native Texan, he moved to Austin in 1994 and graduated from The University of Texas in 1998 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business. He obtained his real estate license in 1996 during his sophomore year at UT Austin and began working part-time as an agent until he completed his studies.


After graduation, Michael pursued a full-time real estate career with Ely Properties, where he excelled as a top producer, closing over 200 transactions totaling more than $20 million in real estate over seven years. In May 2006, he established his own full-service brokerage, focusing on assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in the Austin market. His extensive knowledge encompasses various Austin neighborhoods, including Tarrytown, Clarksville, South Austin, Downtown, Westlake, Travis Heights, Hyde Park, Allandale, Bee Caves, Lake Austin, and Lake Travis.


Michael is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas, a designation achieved by less than 1% of Realtors due to the rigorous education, training, and experience required. He has completed over 500 hours of real estate classes to stay current with industry knowledge. His experience also includes involvement in numerous residential and commercial construction projects, providing him with insights beyond typical REALTOR® duties.


In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time on Lake Austin with friends and family. His hobbies include snowboarding, scuba diving, coaching his daughter's soccer team, golfing, tennis, and running on Lady Bird Lake. He is actively involved with Foundation Communities and Habitat for Humanity, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community. Michael is a member of the Austin Chamber of Commerce and the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABOR)
